Age sneaks up on professional prizefighters, at least in terms of their competitive abilities. There are exceptions--Archie Moore, George Foreman, James Toney--but they are rare. Typically, a high level boxer can go from legitimacy to retirement in a matter of minutes. The most recent victim of 'Father Time' was Mexican Superstar Oscar De La Hoya, who looked completely outclassed in what would be his last bout--an 8th round TKO loss to Panamanian sensation Manny Pacquiao.

The Historical Roots Of MMA: Muhammad Ali Vs. Antonio Inoki
While mixed martial arts fighting has only recently become popular in the United States, contests between fighters of different martial arts disciplines have taken place in Japan for many years. The Need For Greater Regulatory Oversight Of Japanese Mixed Martial Arts
Ian Murphy was in over his head from the start, and the fact that he was even allowed to participate at the DREAM 2 MMA card against Ronaldo Jacare demonstrates the lack of significant regulatory oversight in Japanese fight sports. The Japanese fight culture, rooted in sumo and continued through pro wrestling and mixed martial arts is extremely backwards and particularly concerning the well being of the fighters. With the exception of top stars, most fighters are viewed as interchangeable commodities. Mandatory drug testing doesn't exist, and individual promoters do little elective testing. In some cases even the simplest steps to protect the fighters' safety are not taken.

Best Dive Watch
Watches in general have the primary function of telling time and that's why most people buy whatever watch they can find that looks good for their style while others care about added features and durability, which of course, are more expensive. However, divers have special needs and they need a watch that can help keep track of the time elapsed during underwater sessions so they can resurface without problems. A Seiko divers watch could be an excellent choice since they are widely known for the style and overall quality of their watches.
