In addition to improving your strength, exercise also helps make you more flexible. Because of this increase, you can perform athletic feats more easily. You can do more with less effort, and recover more quickly after exercise. Your flab will also firm up.

Of course, the benefits of being firm and toned are obvious. Your posture is improved. Your confidence soars. You feel and look better.

You have less stress, which means you have a better self-image. You’re sharper mentally and more balanced emotionally. You play ball better. You love better. You work better. You enjoy life more.

In addition, you are able live more efficiently. Your sleep is better, so you’re more awake during the day. Because you’re more awake, you’re more alert. This, in turn, makes you more productive. Less time, more work.

It should be obvious that exercise improves you. It betters your life. And you live more comfortably and feel more healthy.
