Title: Sugar and Obesity: high calorie drinks to blame. Now its more than 100’s of calories a day that becomes extra pounds annually, plus inches at the end of the day. Now its a matter of good health.

Their report brings serious medical conditions from artificial sweeteners, along with calories from sodas, pops, juices and other beverages. Their claim is that women who drank one or more daily beverages with these high fructose sweeteners were 83% more likely to develop type 2 diabetes than women who didn’t. Not surprisingly, they were also more likely to gain weight.

In a nut shell, bottles of flavoring water on the super market shelves isn’t the best solution either since they contain high sugar amounts and hurt the wallet. Look to more flavored h2o with 0 count and look at the label of what you drink- servings number and servings of calories, both are good beginning locations. Always see ways to enhance the flavor of tap water without adding calories. That’s your best solution overall.

In closing but not the last word, with so many calories consumed daily and with your good health on the line, keeping a watchful eye on the beverage label just may help you keep your belt in the same notch!
