Loosing the stomach fat-A celebrated guide!!!!

Many experts in the world today say that there is an obesity epidemic. Obesity is not the main problem it is the fat stored in your stomach region. People seem to be running to the stores in droves to buy the latest stomach flattening device. However they fail to realize that there is no magic way to flatten your stomach. This article will explore how to flatten your stomach.

As charity begins at home, your stomach flattening aspirations start with physical exercises. Do start with cardiovascular exercise and aerobics. Next you should follow interval training. Interval training means you should alternate between intense and moderate level exercise for a period of time. A good example of interval training method is- running at full speed for 1 minute then jogging for 20 seconds. Keep repeating it for 20-30 minutes. Interval training burns lot of calories by increasing the metabolism rate of body. Weight training exercises are good options to flatten your stomach. Do them at least twice or thrice a week. Each time you do weight training concentrate on different parts of the body. All such muscles you build by weight training burns your fat even while resting.

You can also flatten your stomach bulge by doing abdominal exercises. Though stomach fat can’t be reduced by such exercises you can tone your abdominal muscles. Among all abdominal exercises I would recommend you to do captain’s chair, the bicycle and crunch on a exercise ball.

Captain’s Chair-This exercise is done by a piece of equipment found in most gyms.

1. Stand on chair and grip handholds to stabilize your upper body.

2. Press your back against the pad and contract the abs to raise the legs and lift knees towards your chest.

3. Don’t arch the back and remember to breathe smoothly. The Bicycle– This exercise can be done anywhere, lying on the floor.

2. Bring the knees in towards the chest and lift the shoulder blades off the ground without pulling on the neck.

3. Straighten the left leg out while simultaneously turning the upper body to the right, bringing the left elbow towards the right knee.

4. Switch sides, bringing the right elbow towards the left knee.

Crunch on an Exercise Ball An excellent exercise done using an exercise ball.

1. Lie face-up with the ball resting under your mid/lower back.

2. Cross your arms over the chest or place them behind your head.

3. Contract your abs to lift your torso off the ball, pulling the bottom of your ribcage down toward your hips.

4.As you curl keep the ball stable.

As you can probably tell these are just some examples of how to flatten stomach. You may start with a couple of these suggestions or follow all these at once and will feel your fat melting away. Be cautious. Physical exercises alone won’t work wonders. A good diet is also necessary to reduce fat.
